Laboratory Measurement

Due2lab realizes X-ray absorption simulations of different materials starting from their theoretical density, thickness and elemental composition of the materials. This allows carrying out theoretical feasibility studies of the projects before starting the construction phase.

Thanks to a dedicated measurement bench, Due2lab is able to test preliminary measurements of your samples and perform technical feasibility studies aimed at checking the possibility to exploitation our X-ray technology for your specific application.

Due2lab proposes to the Costumer various measurement techniques:

1. X-ray fluorescence measurements (also to identify the elemental composition)
2. Measurements of absolute density of a piece or an object
3. 2D Maps of relative and absolute density
